We want your time here to be a relaxing one, so we have provided the following:

A welcome pack of tea bags, coffee and sugar, a pint of fresh milk in the fridge

A starter pack of toilet rolls, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, scourer/dishcloth
In addition, each property provides:

Bed Linen, duvets and pillows - Beds made up ready for arrival

Towels - 1 hand and 1 bath towel per person. If you are planning on going to the beach, please bring towels to take with you.

Space within the parking area for canoes, or for them to be stored on the roof of your car, if you are in the area to paddle around the Norfolk Broads

We also have a large paddock area on which you are able to have a run around, kick a ball, play tennis, or sit on a blanket and have a picnic - see if you can spot the rabbits at the bottom of an evening, or the local pheasants having a wander!

Due to being in a rural area with no street lights, it is recommended that you bring a torch with you.
If you are celebrating a special occasion, we can help to arrange for a surprise, such as flowers, chocolates, champagne to be in the cottage on arrival, or delivered during your stay.
If you are staying for 7 days or more and are thinking about ordering groceries online to be delivered, please arrange a delivery time that is after your planned arrival time. All large supermarkets deliver here.
